Homo Sapiens
Location and migration
Homo sapiens nowadays are found everywhere all around the world since we are homo sapiens. However homo sapiens were first discovered/evolved in Africa. Researchers think that homo sapiens tried to expand outside of Africa about 120 000 years ago but didn't succeed due to competition with other species and drastic climate change. It was only 70 000 years ago when the homo sapiens made it out of Africa. It is believed that homo sapiens created some kind of gadget to take out the competing species. The early homo sapiens first went to what is now known as the coast of India, Southeast Asia then Australia. A little bit after 50 000 years ago another group of homo sapiens started expanding to other places. They started out in the Middle East and the southern Central Asia, then they moved onto the northern part of Asia and Europe.
economics
The early homo sapiens didn't have a form of currency so they traded one thing for another
Technology
All of us are familiar with the technology we used today, but the early homo sapiens had a very different definition for technology. Technology to them was any tool that made life easier for them. These tools could be used to hunt defend themselves, hold things ect. Some of the first tools they made was blades which were really useful to their hunting and to help protect themselves against competing species. Slowly homo sapiens began to upgrade their tools small blades turned into long blades or spear heads. They even started making tools for things other than hunting like needles for sewing.
physical structure
The early homo sapiens had a very thick skull also the back of the skull was flat. Their brow bone was really thick and sticks out of their forehead. The female's bone structure is a bit slimmer. This makes it more similar to modern bone structures. However the early homo sapien female bone structure is really wide compared to modern female bone structure.
intellegence
Homo sapiens is wise men in latin. Homo sapiens were the big step in modernization as they upgraded their tool and eventually evolved into us, modern humans.
Social structure
Most homo sapien hunter/gatherer groups consist of 500 to 800 people. This larger group is then divided into smaller groups that consist of people that are different ages. People usually wed people from a different group within the tribe. Successful tribes usually got bigger and bigger and after they reach about 1000 people they would split into two groups. A tribe with less than 200 people would join any other tribe that passes by.
